FORMIA Announces Executive Leadership Transition

FORMIA, the global market leader in the airline amenities and comfort items sector, today announces an executive leadership transition. This move reflects Co-Founder and CEO Roland Grohmann’s transition into a Board Chairman role and the appointment of Wilbert de Louw as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2025.
This initiates a structured handover period that will conclude in Q2 2026 when Wilbert de Louw assumes full leadership responsibilities as CEO. Roland Grohmann will serve as a Chairman and remains major shareholder providing strategic guidance and governance.
