FORMIA Reports Progress Across Sustainability Targets and Achieves EcoVadis Gold Recognition

FORMIA, the global airline amenity specialist, has published its second Sustainability Report, documenting the company’s progress over a two-year period, from 2024 to 2025, against its core sustainability targets and the continued integration of sustainability across its business.
Building on the roadmaps established in FORMIA’s inaugural 2023 report, this edition introduces new targets for the next phase of progress, while providing transparent insight into key developments across environmental initiatives, governance, and supply chain practices.
Key highlights from the Sustainability Report 2024–2025:
- Increased sustainable materials usage from 43% in 2024 to 53% in 2025, surpassing the 50% interim target.
- Opened FORMIA’s new Hong Kong headquarters, designed to LEED Gold and WELL Gold standards, alongside expanded employee wellbeing programmes that contributed to reduced absenteeism.
- Achieved 100% SMETA audit coverage for Tier 1 suppliers and submitted its UN Global Compact Communication on Progress - strengthening transparency, accountability, and governance across the supply chain.
- Achieved an EcoVadis Bronze rating in 2025, with advancement to Gold in March 2026 following the reporting period.
- Established new sustainability targets to guide the next phase of progress.

EcoVadis Gold Recognition
Since the close of the reporting period, FORMIA has achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating in March 2026. This recognition places FORMIA among the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis globally.
Within the non-specialised wholesale trade industry, FORMIA ranks in the top 2% overall and the top 1% for Labour & Human Rights, with strong performance across Environment, Sustainable Procurement, and Ethics, reflecting the continued integration of sustainability across the business and supply chain.
